Cancellation Policy

1. Customer cannot modify order once payment has been confirmed and a tracking number has been generated. 

2. For cancellation,  can do if the status is ‘Processing’. If the status of the shipment has changed to ‘Ready to package’, you will need to contact our Customer Service number +60 16-818 2064 / +60 19-283 3286 for a cancellation request with the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund will be credited back within 3-7 days working hour after you contact GFB Shop Customer Service for Cancellation Order.
